Royal Caribbean International came with an announcement about the final home port of the new vessel Wonder of the Seas. The winter in Asia, as planned is replaced with Port Canaveral and the sunny Florida. It will start with sailing at the beginning of November 2022, according to a press release, on a seven-night itinerary, visiting the Eastern and Western Caribbean from the homeport.
The best of the destination stops include Cozumel, Mexico; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; and San Juan, Puerto Rico; with a stop to the Perfect Day at Coco Cay on each cruise.
“We’re very proud to have Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas homeport here, and we look forward to welcoming her next fall,” stated Capt. John Murray, Port CEO. “This is terrific news for our entire Port community and another endorsement of our commitment to excellence in providing a world-class experience for our cruise guests.”
Currently, Wonder of the Seas is in Marseille, France for the final stage of work on its construction.
