In 2023, Starboard Cruise Services, the cruise retail arm of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, launched key promotions aimed at enhancing guest experiences and accelerating future growth.
As of January 1, Lisa Kauffman has been promoted to Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and Mike Turek to Chief Data Analytics Officer.

These strategic infrastructure changes will drive profitable growth for Starboard, expanding our capabilities in 2023 and beyond.”
Kauffman, formerly director of marketing, will assume the new role of director of sales and marketing. Kauffman was an ideal candidate to leverage the strength of Starboard's offshore and marine teams, the trader said. In this newly created role, she consolidates the transformational work the company has begun through managing the account team; Sale; Marketing; digital and visual merchandising worldwide.
Turek, formerly chief commercial officer, will move into the role of chief data analytics officer. In this capacity, he will oversee the business intelligence team and IT department to take Starboard's agenda for data optimization, automation, process improvement and business efficiency to the next level.
The new structural model and Turek's appointment are modeled after other LVMH Maisons who have unleashed the real power of data to play a key role in continuously improving the customer experience and solving today's biggest challenges at scale.
