It is advised that you pack light as the cabin space is very limited.  Starboard Cruise Services, Inc. provides the basic uniform to all crew members. However we request that you also bring an extra white shirt (short sleeves for women and long sleeves for men), a navy blue skirt (women)/ navy blue trousers (men) in the case that your uniform has not arrived on board in time.

LADIES:

1  Cocktail dress/formal gown (at least 2) is MANDATORY for staff joining Celebrity Cruises. 

2  Cocktail dress/formal gown (Black) is MANDATORY for staff joining Holland America.

3  Black or navy shoes (enclosed), without any opening at the heel or toe.  Heels should be no higher that 2” and must be comfortable.  Remember that you will be on your feet for up to 12 hours a day.

4  Navy or skin colored pantyhose.

5  Toiletries (not provided by the company).

6  Smart casual clothes

7  Beachwear / sandals / sneakers.

MEN:

1 Tuxedo is MANDATORY for all staff joining Celebrity Cruises.

2 Closed dark or navy shoes (uniform).

3 Socks – dark or navy.

4 Dark colored suit for Holland America Line & Carnival Cruise Line.

5 Tie with navy as a primary color.

6 Toiletries (not provided by the company).

7 Smart casual clothes.

8 Beachwear / sandals / sneakers

Please make sure you carry a copy of your medical with you to the ship. You will not be allowed to board without it! When joining the ship, ask for directions to the crew gangway.
