A terrifying video was released on YouTube in which a catamaran ship carrying at least 100 tourists capsized and sank off the coast of Costa Rica, causing chaos and panic among people on board.

The video, filmed by one of the passengers, shows the boat tilting to one side as the water started to take over the ship.

As the survivors wait for rescue, most of the elderly people are seen struggling to stay stable. Three people died in this unfortunate event.
