MSC Cruises Redeploys MSC Bellisima to the Med

Submitted by kgnadmin on

MSC Cruises is adding another vessel to the Mediterranean to meet the growing demand in the region. MSC Bellissima, currently based in the Middle East, will return to Europe and begin summer voyages this July. MSC Bellissima will no longer be located in Doha, Qatar and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates as it will start sailing the Mediterranean from July 9, 2022.

The MSC cruise ship will offer seven-night voyages from the Spanish ports of Valencia and Spain, along with the Italian ports of Genoa, Livorno and Naples. Guests will be able to spend more time enjoying Valencia, including visits to the capital Madrid.

“As holidaymakers are planning now their summer holidays, we are extremely pleased to see that our continued and present investments in the experience on board – including improved dining, additional entertainment options as well as extra staff to look after every need of our guests even during the busy summer season – is paying off with high ratings from recurring and new guests.“ Gianni Onorato, CEO, MSC Cruises, said.

“This led us to position one additional ship in the Mediterranean – a popular destination – to give our guests even more choice of ships and itineraries.”

MSC Bellissima will also have extended stays in Barcelona, Spain and Genoa, Italy. The cruise line will open these new departures in the coming days and will be available during the summer and fall. Ship will be part of the deployment of 15 vessels in the Mediterranean, which is the largest cruise line ever. It also comes as the entire MSC fleet sails again from June 5, 2022, when MSC Musica became the last ship in the fleet to continue working for guests.
