For the second time in less than a month, the Carnival cruise ship Paradise has come to the rescue of Cuban migrants. Passengers aboard the Carnival Paradise heard an announcement from the captain and then the cruise ship circled a makeshift raft with six people on board.

To celebrate International Beer Day Carnival Cruise Line has announced a new brew to serve across the fleet: ParchedPig Beach Lager. The cruise line describes the new lager as a “refreshing, crisp and golden beer” that is available in cans at bars and restaurants, as well as on tap at select locations. Carnival recommends trying ParchedPig Beach Lager, developed by Carnival's brewing team, with Guy's Burger or BlueIguana Soft Tacos.
