Norwegian Cruise Line is pulling out the cast members from the Norwegian Pearl, and it seems that Creative Studios shows onboard will be temporarily pausing performances for the next three months. In a letter sent out by the Senior Director of Entertainment Production for NCLH Robert Dean Hertenstein, cast/ band members were informed about the canceled shows which are expected to return on April 15. The cast members are expected to disembark the Norwegian Pearl today in PortMiami.
“This notice is to inform you that the Production shows will be temporarily pausing performances at this time. The plan is to resume performances on April 15, 2022, after the charter season. This pause is due to COVID complications disrupting the proper and full casting required for this production.
You will be sent home from Miami, FL, as soon as January 14, 2022. The casting team will be reaching out to you inquiring about your interest in possible current and future available contacts.
In addition to your earlier EOC, we will provide you with two weeks' pay once you sign off in lieu of a two week notice,” NCLH Creative Studios letter reads.
