Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas heading to Florida in November 2022

Royal Caribbean International came with an announcement about the final home port of the new vessel Wonder of the Seas. The winter in Asia, as planned is replaced with Port Canaveral and the sunny Florida. It will start with sailing at the beginning of November 2022, according to a press release, on a seven-night itinerary, visiting the Eastern and Western Caribbean from the homeport. 

Royal Caribbean With Four Ships in Alaska in 2023

The trio planned to return to Alaska - Ovation, Quantum and Radiance of the Seas will be joined by Enchantment of the Seas, on seven-night voyages in 2023. Ovation and Quantum of the Seas to set sail from Seattle and give passengers the unforgettable experience of observing the North Star in their observation capsule and the iFly skydiving simulator on board.

Grandeur of the Seas resumes cruises with new Barbados program

Being on a 21-month operational pause, the Royal Caribbean's vessel is finally sailing again. This news is followed by launching a new program that presents Barbados as a new homeport. Bridgeport, Connecticut is where the Vision-class vessel sailed from, to offer itineraries ranging from seven to fourteen nights, fulfilled with exploring of the islands around the Southern Caribbean and Latin America, including some new ports of call as well.

Royal Caribbean International Marks One Year of Resuming Cruises

This month Royal Caribbean International marks one year since the successful restart of cruise operations, an important milestone worth celebrating. The company and its crew made extraordinary efforts to start cruising again with Quantum of the Seas, the first ship to make a comeback since the industry shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Royal Caribbean International Crew Allowed Shore Leave in U.S. Ports

Royal Caribbean International started the “Crew free flow pilot program” allowing independent shore leave for employees on five cruise ships sailing to U.S. ports. The pilot program started last week with 50 crewmembers, from each ship, being granted shore leave on the Anthem of the Seas in Cape Liberty - Bayonne, Liberty of the Seas in Galveston, Allure of the Seas in Fort Lauderdale, Independence of the Seas in Port Canaveral, and Oasis of the Seas in Miami.

Godmother Erin Brown Names New Royal Caribbean Ship, Odyssey of the Seas

A celebration of adventure and joy took place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as Odyssey of the Seas was officially named by the first Bahamian Godmother and inspiring athlete, Erin Brown. The Caribbean-inspired event culminated in the moment Odyssey’s Godmother Erin Brown, the first Bahamian paratriathlete to compete in the Paralympic Games qualifiers, named the ship.

Galveston Becomes Homeport of Another Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship

This week, Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas was welcomed to Galveston for the first time, where it is starting the series of cruises to the Western Caribbean. The vessel will join Liberty of the Seas, which has Galveston as a homeport, too.

In the period between July and the end of September 2021, Galveston has seen more than 168,000 visitors cruising out of the port.

Breaking News: Bravo Code on Jewel of the Seas in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean

Crew Center has been informed that Bravo Code was sounded on the Jewel of the Seas at this moment. The ship is now sailing across the Atlantic Ocean to Miami where it is scheduled to arrive on November 14. The vessel is in the middle of the Atlantic which is the worst place to have an emergency situation.
