Royal Caribbean announced is canceling all stops to Turkey for the 2018 season in Europe, reports the Royal Caribbean Blog.

Royal Caribbean human resources representatives led by RCCL Crew Management Inc. Manager Ronald De Guzman are in the Philippines for recruiting of a significant number of cruise ship employees.

Royal Caribbean announced the Sept. 30 voyage of the cruise ship Adventure of the Seas, scheduled to depart from San Juan, is canceled. Instead, the vessel will depart on a mercy mission to bring supplies generators, medical aid and evacuate people from San Juan, St. Thomas and St. Croix.

Medical Emergency was executed yesterday onboard Serenade of the Seas. The Royal Caribbean cruise ship made an unscheduled stop in St John's, Newfoundland after a man needed urgent medical attention. 

With maximum sustained winds of 185 mph (295 kph), recorded by the U.S. National Hurricane Center, the Category 5 Hurricane Irma is feared to be the most catastrophic storm ever. On Wednesday the storm will hit Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Haiti on Friday, and Cuba on Saturday before possibly reaching Florida over the weekend.
