Harmony of the Seas hits dock extension in Falmouth, Jamaica

Royal Caribbean International's Harmony of the Seas hit the dock extension as it entered Jamaica's Falmouth Harbor on Thursday. The incident happen just hours after a Carnival Cruise ship caught fire in Grand Turk.

Royal Caribbean said that the damage on the ship was small and that it would not affect the current sailing.

Celebrity Cruises Eliminates Crew Embarkation Quarantine

Celebrity Cruises will be eliminating embarkation quarantine of the new joining crew, effective at each ship’s next turnaround. The decision to ease the health protocols comes after Celebrity Cruises sister brand recently conducted a no-embarkation quarantine pilot with hundreds of crew. The data showed that given the effectiveness of vaccines and pre-arrival protocols, the elimination of embarkation quarantine does not present additional risk.
