Emergency on board the German cruise ship Mein Schiff 1. The US Coast Guard medevaced a 44-year-old man from the TUI Cruises ship on Sunday, approximately 20 nautical miles east of Atlantic City.

The US Coast Guard medically evacuated an ill man on Tuesday afternoon, October 8, from the cruise ship Norwegian Joy, which was sailing 33 miles off the coast of Coos Bay, Oregon. The 61-year-old Filipino man reportedly was suffering heart complications and needed urgent medical assistance.

A crewmember from the cruise ship Costa Luminosa was evacuated yesterday off the coast of Greece. The Greek Coast Guard watchstanders at the port of Pyols received a request from the captain of the ship for the medevac of a 22-year-old Indian male crewmember.

Two crew members were rescued yesterday from the waters of St. Lawrence River by the Canadian Coast Guard after they jumped from the cruise ship Celebrity Summit. The circumstances surrounding the event are not yet known, however, both crew members were wearing their life jackets when rescued.

A 28-year-old female Filipino crew member on the cruise ship Costa Fortuna was evacuated by the Italian Coast Guard yesterday, August 2, 2019, after she suffered serious head injury onboard. According to local sources, the incident was reported late in the evening while the ship was near Sanremo, Italy. The crew member slipped in her cabin and sustained a serious head injury from the fall. 

The Italian Coast Guard performed medical evacuation of a 31 year old woman from the Philippines sailing on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship Oasis of the Seas.

MSC Cruises crew member rescued a woman after she went overboard from the cruise ship MSC Seaview while the vessel was docked at the port of Genoa, Italy. The incident happen on Monday, June 17, 2019, at around 10 pm when a 43-year-old Irish woman jumped from one of the decks into the sea after a fight with her husband. 

The man who jumped intentionally from the cruise ship Carnival Fascination on May 19, will have to pay $10.000 for the rescue, reports Tu Noticia PR.

The cruise ship Carnival Paradise rescued two local sailors after their boat started to sink on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Carnival Paradise had left Cozumel and was sailing towards Tampa, Florida when the ship’s crew spotted a vessel requesting for help after the boat started to take on water. The cruise ship lowered a lifeboat and rescued the sailors from the sinking ship. Shortly after a vessel from the Mexican Coast Guard arrived at the scene to take the sailors back to shore.

A kind-hearted crew member has been named a hero for saving an elderly passenger from drowning onboard the cruise ship Star Princess while the vessel was sailing to Hilo on 4th of April. The Indonesian Housekeeping Attendant Sugiri, was at the right place at the right time when elderly Italian gentlemen started drowning in the ship’s main pool after having a suspected heart attack symptoms.
